Refunds
We offer refunds within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused and in original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@alunzo.com.
Shipping Costs
Please note that we are unable to refund shipping costs if your order has already shipped. We also cannot provide return shipping labels. You are also responsible for covering shipping costs when returning or exchanging items with us.
Incorrect Address Upon Purchase
Please note, we are unable to provide refunds or free re-shipments for orders with incorrect addresses after the order has been shipped. Please make sure to double check and ensure that the delivery address you entered at checkout is correct and up to date. If you do not provide the correct address at checkout, and the product is delivered to the incorrect address you provided, we cannot offer free replacements, post-shipment cancellations, or shipping cost refunds.
